I wanted to, first, let you know how pleased we are with the progress and work on our project; and second, how impressed we are with your crew, especially Jeremy. One need not be a rocket scientist to understand that wonderful outcomes are the product of exceptional people combined with hard work.
To say that Jeremy is a pleasure with whom to work would be an understatement. He is amiable, tremendously hardworking, knows his craft, leads by example and appears to be highly respected by his crew. Just as important to us, “can’t” does not seem to be a word in Jeremy’s vocabulary. Jeremy gets stuff done, and—very importantly—he gets it done immediately.
Lastly, kudos to you for creating a work environment where employees excel, outcomes are excellent and your customers are… Happy!
